For many years my challenge was to break through my classical training in order to become accepted in the world of contemporary art, but now in my more mature years I have come to realize that all I know and what I have learnt is part of what I am as an artist.

I enjoy painting what I want to paint, whenever and however I like to paint it. My inspiration for my art comes from my surroundings and things that influence me in my life. I enjoy working with different media and I constantly challenge myself to pursue my personal best.
