My recent works are an expression of emotional experience during an unusually difficult life, surviving decades of major health issues. My narrative style of painting uses large scale structures and mixed media with heavy textures intended to evoke powerful presences. It is hard to pass by without becoming personally immersed in the mood of each painting.

My use of mixed media is from years of experiences in the fields of construction and architectural design. All the structural elements in the works require a unique combination of my art education with design and construction experiences.
