The Pest Horse: A Performance by Brian Getnick with Bryatt Bryant is staged within the sculptural costumes of two decayed horses at Station Independent Projects, NYC. The live performance begins with a disembodied horse’s head returning home to find its body occupied by a zombified doppelganger with lettuce for teeth. Through puppetry, spoken word and dance, Getnick and Bryant will bring to life the horse’s fragmented body in a darkly absurdist fantasy of decomposition, memory and desire.
