Founded in 1986 by a group of artists, Momenta Art is an artist-run not-for-profit organization that provides a space for presentation and dialogue to inspire challenging ideas about how we envision the world. Momenta Art has remained focused on alternative programming by utilizing visual presentation as a platform for public dialog through panel discussions, performances, screenings and workshops. By often presenting projects that ask difficult questions, we seek to act as a catalyst to promote the positive transformation of our society.
